If you have got an email account with Site5, you might be wondering how you can access it. Well, you can access it through Site5 Webmail. With Site5 Webmail, there is not much to set up. You just log in and get started. In this article, I will show you how you can log in to Site5 Webmail and set up your Webmail client.

How to Login to Site5 Webmail

There are 3 ways to access Site5 Webmail online.

Direct Site5 Webmail Login

Site5 Site5 Control Panel

You can also log in using a custom subdomain that redirects to your webmail URL.

  1. Log in to your control panel at
  2. From the menu options, click Hosting > Email.
  3. Scroll down to your email address and click View Inbox.
  4. Enter your email address password on the next page and click Login.

Custom Subdomain

You can also log in using a custom subdomain that redirects to your webmail URL.

  1. Log in to your webmail using one of the options listed above.
  2. Select a webmail client to access your email. You can read more about Site5 webmail clients in the next section.
  3. Copy the complete URL from your address bar.
  4. Go back to your control panel and click Domains > Subdomains from the main menu.
  5. Under Create a Subdomain, enter a name for your new subdomain, such as “myemail”.

Please Do NOT use “mail” as your subdomain since it’s already in use and will result in conflicts.

  1. Select your domain from the drop-down menu, then click Create.
  2. From the main menu, go to Domains > Redirect.
  3. Under Add Redirect, select your new subdomain from the drop-down menu.
  4. Paste your webmail URL into the Redirects To field.
  5. Save by clicking the Add This Redirect button.

How to Set/Change Your Default Webmail Client

You can also set or change your default Site5 webmail client from your control panel by following these steps:

  1. From your control panel, click Hosting > Email in the main menu.
  2. Looking at the menu to the left, you should be on the Email Accounts page. If not, go there now.
  3. Scroll down to your email address and select the drop-down menu under Webmail Client.
  4. Choose Roundcube, Horde, or SquirrelMail as your default client.
  5. Click View Inbox to log in.
