There are a number of reasons that might make you want to return or stop an order on Abercrombie from being shipped. The most common reasons why people cancel items they order online are if the product delivered doesn’t look like what they actually saw online in terms of quality or if the size doesn’t just fit.

How to cancel an order on Abercrombie
There are three major ways to return or cancel an order on Abercrombie.
1 Canceling the order on the website:
Step 1: Go to Your Orders and select the order you want to cancel.
Step 2: Select the check box next to each item you want to remove
from the order. To cancel the entire order, select all of the items.
Step 3: Select Cancel checked items when finished.
Step 4: After submitting the cancellation, Abercrombie will send you a confirmation message to the email address on your account.
You can also confirm that the order was canceled by visiting Your Orders. If you see the order in the Canceled Orders section, it was successfully canceled.
If your order shipped directly from Abercrombie and can’t be modified, you may refuse the package or return it using our Online Returns Center.
2. By using the customer center
You can also cancel your order by sending an email to Abercrombie Customer Service here or call Abercrombie on 1 (866) 681-3115. If your order has already been shipped, they will make an attempt to stop its delivery. You can also initiate a return process by filling a form from the Abercrombie website.
3. Refusing the Package
Another way is to simply reject the item on delivery and ignore any email or SMS regarding the delivery/pick-up of the package.
You can also use the first method above in case you need to track your order or file a complaint on payment issues.
Those are the three ways through which you can return your order. However, your money will be refunded to your AbercrombiePay account, and you will be able to use use it when next you wish to buy an item from Abercrombie.
