Opting for a larger size increases your monthly transaction limit, allowing for more features and benefits. For instance, a premium eWallet size of RM20,000 provides a monthly transaction limit of up to RM25,000, offering the opportunity to spend up to RM300,000 annually.

Refund Process: If you ever need a refund from Touch ‘n Go, the process is straightforward. Fill out the Claim Form on the TNG Digital website or utilize the Money-back Guarantee banner within the Edit Info page on the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app.

Refund requests for lost or stolen cards will be processed within 14 to 30 days from the date of submission, and the eligible refund amount is based on the available card balance at the time of the refund form submission.

Settlement Time: TNG Digital Sdn Bhd typically processes payments to users on the next working day. However, keep in mind that settlement times are subject to the processing times of the respective banks. In cases where the settlement date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the settlement will be executed on the next business day.

Note: deleting your Touch ‘N Go account does not prevent a lawful investigation of your transactions if your account is discovered to have been used for any fraudulent or suspicious activities.
