- Log in to your Easypaisa account on a web browser on a personal computer or laptop
- Once you have logged in to your Easypaisa account, click on the Settings Menu (the Settings Menu icon is at the top right of your screen, next to the Log Out option)
- On the Settings Menu, you will see a tab for Account Options. Open this tab
- Under the Account Options section, click the delete Your Account button
- If requested, enter your bank account details
- Click the delete Account button.
How to Delete Your Easypaisa Level 2 Account
If you have a business account, it is also possible to downgrade to a Level 1 account, but you will have to contact customer service to do so. Use the following steps to delete your Level 2 or business account:
- Make sure you have copied your transaction history if you need it

- Make sure you have emptied your Easypaisa balance
- Log in to your Easypaisa account on a web browser on a personal computer or laptop
- Once you have logged in to your Easypaisa account, click on the Profile button (the Profile button icon is at the top right of your screen, next to the Log Out option)
- Click on the Profile and Settings button
- Click on Account Settings
- At the top of the Account Settings page, there is a line for Account Type. There is a delete Account button to the right in this line, next to Account Type
- Click the delete Account button to delete your Easypaisa account.
