Transferring Money from a Sberbank Card to WebMoney

If you are looking to transfer money from your Sberbank card to your WebMoney wallet, I’m here to guide you through the process. By following a few simple steps, you’ll be able to complete the transfer conveniently and securely.

Method 1: Transfer via Sberbank Online

The first method involves using Sberbank Online, a mobile banking system that facilitates various payments and transfers. To begin, make sure you have an account with Sberbank Online. If you haven’t registered yet, don’t worry, I’ll walk you through the process.

1. Visit the official website of Sberbank Online.

2. On the main page, registered users can log in using their username and password. New visitors can easily sign up for an account.

3. Depending on your profile settings, you may need to verify your authorization by entering a verification SMS sent to your linked phone number.

4. Once you’re logged in, switch to the “Payments” tab, where you’ll find various service categories. Select “Electronic Goods & Entertainment.”

5. From the list of subcategories, click on “Electronic money.”

In the available options, choose WebMoney and click on the “Transfer by wallet/phone number” option.

6. A form will appear, prompting you to fill in the necessary details. Specify the Sberbank card from which the funds will be withdrawn (if you only have a Sberbank card, it will be selected automatically), enter the WebMoney wallet number or the phone number linked to the wallet, and provide the transfer amount.

Keep in mind that a commission of 2.3% will be deducted from the transferred amount, not separately. The minimum payment amount is 10 rubles. You can also add an optional text message to the recipient. Once you’ve entered the information, click “Continue.”

7. To find your WebMoney wallet number, simply access your WebMoney wallet and click on the desired wallet in the “Wallets” section. When the block with wallet actions is displayed, click the copy button to quickly copy the number to the clipboard. Then, on the Sberbank Online page, paste the number using the Ctrl + V keys.

8. After clicking “Continue,” a confirmation stage will appear where you can review the transaction details and ensure the entered data is correct. Proceed to make the transfer.

If you receive a confirmation SMS code, enter it (though it may not be required in some cases). The payment status will change from “draft” to “Executed,” and you will see all the details of the transaction. Consider saving a screenshot as proof of your action.

9. Finally, visit the WebMoney website to check if the funds have been received. The transaction history will be displayed in the “New Operations” section. Keep in mind that the received amount may be slightly less than the sent amount due to the commission deducted by Sberbank. Take this into account when transferring the amount, sending it with the necessary deduction already applied.
