To transfer data to another number:

1. Get your phone and dial *180#.

2. Access Services through the services selection.

3. Choose Next to access the next menu.

4. Choose the Data Transfer option.

5. Pick the data bundle you wish to transfer.

6. Choose the amount of data you wish to transfer to your recipient.

7. Enter your recipient’s phone number.

8. Confirm your selection.

How to Transfer Data With Telkom App

1. Open your Telkom mobile app. If you don’t have the app, you can download it from your phone store and register your details. 

2. On the app’s homepage, click on the Share option. 

3. You will be shown data and airtime sharing options. Select  Data Transfer.

4. Enter the amount of data you wish to share, and the recipient’s phone number.

5. Select Proceed.

Telkom data transfer is free, but there are limits as to who can transfer data and when they can do so. For instance, only the Master Account Holder can transfer a data bundle, and bundles that are valid for less than one day can be transferred immediately.
