Step 1. Go to the Quizizz feedback form

The first step is to go to the Quizizz feedback form. The Quizizz feedback form has two uses. Firstly, it allows you to share feedback that you have about your experience with the app. Secondly, you can tell them about a problem that you’d like to report. Any information that you provide will only be used to respond to your report. You can visit the form on a desktop or on a mobile.

Firstly, search for “Quizizz feedback” on Google and click on the first search result. Alternatively, you can visit the feedback form. This is the official Quizizz feedback form. Proceed to the next step to learn what to do next.

Step 2. Enter your email address and username

Once you’re on the Quizizz feedback form, you’ll see a “Contact Information” header. Under the “Contact Information” header, you’ll see two fields. The first field is the “Email address” field which has an asterisk. Under the “Email address” field, enter any email address.

The email address does not have to be associated with your Quizizz account. Since you’ve lost access to your email address, use an alternate email address that you have. Otherwise, you’ll have to make a new one.

Next, you need to enter your Quizizz username under the “Username” field. Although the field is optional, you need to enter it since you’re trying to recover your account. Hence, enter the username of the Quizizz account that you want to recover. 

Step 3. Explain that you lost your email and phone number

After you’ve filled in your email and Quizizz username, scroll down the form. Under the “Username” field, you’ll see a “What would you like to tell us?” field.

This field is compulsory, and you’ll have to explain the problem that you’d like to report. Since you’re trying to recover your Quizizz account, you need to explain that you lost access to your email address and phone number.
