To block subscriptions made on your OPaying app via an Apple device, follow the steps below;
1. Tap Settings.
2. Tap Subscriptions. In case you do not see Subscriptions right away, tap iTunes & App Store.
3. Tap Apple ID.
4. Scroll to the Subscriptions page.
5. Tap OPay.
6. Tap the subscription you need to get reviewed.
7. Tap Cancel.
In case you do not find a ‘Cancel’ option, you need not worry. It means the subscription already got canceled.
If you made the subscriptions on the OPay web page, sign into the website. You could also make inquiries from the customer care service. Either way, ensure that you have the subscriptions deactivated before closing down the account.
