If you’re worried that your Tandem password has been compromised, if you want to create a stronger password, or if you’ve simply forgotten it, it’s easy to change your password from the Tandem website or mobile app.

To change your Tandem password, you’ll need to supply your existing password. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it via email or text message. Here’s how to do it.

How to Change Your Tandem Password in a Web Browser

1. Go to the Tandem website in your web browser.

2. Log in to your Tandem account.

3. Click on the profile icon and choose the Settings option.

4. Go to the account tab and select Password below the Security tab.

5. Click on Change password

6. Enter your old password.

7. Enter your new password.

8. Confirm your new password.

9. Click on the Save Changes button.

How to Change Tandem Password in the Mobile App

1. Open the Tandem app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android.

2. Tap the icon of three horizontal lines at the top-left of the screen.

3. In the menu, select Settings and Privacy

4. Tap Account.

5. Tap on Change password

6. Enter your old password.

7. Enter your new password.

8. Confirm your new password.

9. Tap on the Save Changes button.

How to Reset Your Tandem Password with Email

You can also change your Tandem password if you’ve forgotten your existing password. No matter where you try to change your password on the Tandem website or mobile app, you need to enter your current password first for security reasons.

3. Click on the Forgot password link.

Not Getting Tandem Password Reset Email
